Course Fees

Fees are broken down into:

Prior to a student enrolling fees may be altered without notice. Once a student has completed enrolment, tuition and material fees will not be subject to change for the normal duration of the course. If a course length is extended by the student then any fee increases will be required to be paid for the extended component of the course.

Possible Additional Fees

During the course of a student’s studies, they may be required to pay additional fees in some circumstances; these fees are only applied in those particular circumstances.

Payment Plans

In accordance with regulating standards, AIBT will not take more than $1000 at one time from an individual learner and will not hold more than $1500 in advance fees for an individual learner.

Payments for full course fees in advance may be received from businesses for training paid in advance.

We offer structured payment plans all individuals, but all payments must meet the regulating standards and not exceed 10 instalments.

Making a Payments in Australia

Payments can be made in person at our head office or via bank transfer.

NB: All Transfers must identify your family name and date of birth or student number one the transfer. Please contact AIBT with your transfer receipt details and provide us a copy of your transfer receipt within 24 hours of making a payment.

Missed Payments

If payments are not made by the due dates students will be excluded from attendance and have their enrolment suspended for the lesser of one week or until the missed instalment payment is made. If the missed instalment payment has not been made at the end of the 1 week suspension the student will have their enrolment cancelled.

Refunds

After a deposit or instalment payment is made the refund arrangements are as follows:

  1. Refund requests must be in writing, signed and dated by the person requesting the refund and delivered to the AIBT in person, by fax or letter
  2. Fifty percent of the deposit paid is refundable if a written application is received by the AIBT 28 days or more prior to the proposed course commencement date
  3. The deposit is not refundable for refund applications received by the AIBT less than 28 days of the proposed course commencement date
  4. Instalment payments are not refundable
  5. In the event that the AIBT is unable to commence the course the initial fee payment and any instalment payments received by the AIBT will be refunded. The refund will be paid within 2 weeks of the day on which the course was cancelled. Alternatively, enrolment in an alternative course may be offered by AIBT.
  6. In the event that AIBT is no table to continue offering the course after commencement, any unused portion of the instalments payment will be refunded or transferred to another course offered by AIBT. AIBT will assist students in access an alternative Registered Training Organisation.
